Differential went out in Charlotte, was referred to here. Dwight was awesome, and referred a fantastic towing company to get truck and trailer. Was told the shop was 2 to 3 days behind, but finished repair the next day. Sadly parts are overpriced in Biden’s economy, but repair bill was reasonable. Very grateful! Thanks. FYI: Was told by a tow truck driver that if you have a freightliner issue which is a freightliner shop specific problem, don’t go to the freightliner in Charlotte!

Friday June 17th 2022 I brought in a 2013 international 4300 that needed a camshaft replacement….. the job cost me 10k and when I got my truck back I realized it wasn’t even properly put back together…… huge inconvenience, I’ve called 3 times since haven’t been able to reach anyone… for 10,000$ the least they could have done is made sure my truck was put back together properly and not missing anything that the truck came there with……… Seems to be supports just hanging under my truck under radiator Not to mention the job took 3 weeks…… I’d like for the owner to reach out to me since I clearly can’t get in contact with the company..

I definitely recommend Superior Truck Group. The service was amazing. If you are an O/O this is the place to go. My freightliner seemed to be getting hotter then normal. First I contacted Excel Freightliner and they told me it was normal and said the moisture i noticed in the engine was something else and billed me for fixing something I didn't need. The moisture never went away and the engine still seemed to heat up at times it shouldn't have. I was planning a trip to Las Vegas and wanted to have someone look at the truck again because this would be the longest trip I have driven in it and I was worried. When I called Superior they where busy but when i told Dwight I was driving to Vegas for my anniversary and was afraid it may break down he squeezed me in just to look at it. When I got there he found the issue within 90 seconds and showed me where the engine was leaking coolant and pointed out the dried white residue as proof the coolant has been leaking for sometime this is something Excel overlooked and would have had me breakdown. Thankfully Dwight and his team found the issue and fixed it the same day. I made it to Vegas and back with no issues. I will definitely be back to S

Mean what they say. Get what you pay for. I've been back a handful of times since the first review and they've saved me a ton of money. Can't thank them enough.
